About Us

Munot Plastics Inc. has been a leader in custom thermoforming for more than forty years. The company was started in 1963 by Chandler D. Rees and 2 other gentlemen. For the past 25 years Chandler has been the sole owner.

Chandler, his 2 sons (Chan Jr, Chris) & his brother (Robert J. Rees) work together to provide creativity, competence, reliability, product quality & customer service. They agree that these are the key ingredients for a successful company. Together they set the tone for the company's philosophy that remains to this day.

In their search for a memorable moniker -- one that would represent stability, strength and endurance, -- they named it after the Munot Castle in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

Munot Plastics serves a variety of clients who need high-quality, custom thermoformed products. Their diverse customer base includes hardware manufacturers, toy makers, pharmaceutical companies, electronics manufacturers, the automotive & cosmetic industries.
