Our Sencorp cut in place thermoforming machine:
This is a fast cut in place machine, capable of high flange repeatability and accuracy. We have been able to achieve 3d cut contours with custom machined die blades and cutting anvils. This allows us to deliver quality parts at a low cost, and short lead time compared to other techniques. This machine is capable of processing plastic from .005” to .02”.
Large capacity (36” X 40”) Armac thermoforming machine:
This is a large sized computer controlled inline thermoforming machine that we use to produce a large number of our products on. This machine is capable of processing plastic from .01” to .06”.
Large capacity (26” x 30”) Armac thermoforming machine #2:
This is a large sized inline thermoforming machine with a capacity of 26” x 30” and capable of a 9” deep draw. This machine is capable of processing plastic from .01” to .05”.
We have several average sized custom thermoforming machines:
These custom thermoforming machines range in capacity from 16” x 10” to 22” x 17”, and are used for small quantity to mid quantity production and are well suited for frequent mold changes. These machines are capable of processing plastic from .005” to .065”.
