Trays
Trays can be used in a variety of circumstances such as:
Shipping
A Shipping Tray can be built to be stacked with or without product in them. This type of tray is ideal for shipping your product in between stages of production. This helps to maintain organization for your products.
Shipping Trays can be reusable but also disposable.
Multiple part products
Is ideal for your product that contains many parts to be displayed individually in the same container.
Insert Trays
Can be used for multiple part products that can then be placed into another pack, clamshell, or corrugated box. These types of trays are used to protect products and most importantly to maintain the positioning of your products.
Examples include: Gift box items, make-up kits, tools and medical instrument trays, etc.
Munot also forms trays that can be anti-static or ESD (electrostatic dipositive). This is ideal for your electronic components. They can also be formed so you can utilize them for robotic handling.
Any one of these trays can be formed up to 60 mill. They can be formed with a deep draw for your larger products. Lids can also be formed for your various needs that can be snapped onto your particular tray.
Your trays can be formed out of any color plastic available. Black, clear, pharmaceutical, opaque, etc.
They can be of any shape as well. Square, rectangle, round or a customized shape to fit your product.
