Once you place your order, we’ll give you a firm date for when your custom plastic packaging will be ready for pickup. From there, you’ll have the flexibility to arrange your own courier or freight carrier to handle the shipping. If you do not have a preferred carrier, we do have a list of carriers we use often that we can utilize upon request. Supplier-arranged shipments are under prepaid and billed terms. All shipments are FOB Munot Plastics.

Once your order is finalized and enters our production schedule, we will provide you with a projected completion date. As that date approaches, our team will confirm the exact day your custom plastic packaging will be fully packed, palletized, and ready for transit. At this point, it is your responsibility to schedule a pickup with your chosen carrier.
You will need to provide your carrier with the necessary details, including our facility address, pickup hours, and the shipment details (e.g., pallet count, weight, and dimensions), all of which will be supplied by your project manager. On the scheduled pickup day, your freight provider will carefully load your finished products onto their truck and handle getting your packaging to you without delay.
